“The content provided very detailed and powerful justification for the use of technology in education today. From defining the 21st-century skills necessary for students and the various historical learning theories and pedagogies, to the most current thinking on classroom practice, I found the course detailed, complete, and challenging – but mostly, very interesting. I’ve been involved in supplying technology to schools, colleges, and universities for over 20 years, and this course has opened my eyes as to where we have done a good job with respect to ICTs in education, and – more importantly – where there are still huge gaps in how hardware and software are being used at the coalface.[...] The online learning experience, the videos, and the tutor (in particular) all exceeded my initial expectations.[...] The whole process was thoroughly enjoyable.”
