“This is the second GetSmarter online course I have completed and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed them both. The content and resources for this course were well curated, relevant, and theoretically and practically useful. I found the videos engaging, and the summarised reading coherent and accessible. The online learning experience was an absolute breeze. [It was] so easy to navigate, and I loved the markers that let me know where I was in the programme each week. The weekly journaling and task submission helped to keep me reading regularly and on track. The online support was excellent. I came into the course thinking that I had a great deal of knowledge already, but found that there is so much more to the topic. The course provided me with very good opportunities to think, reflect, and grow – on a personal and professional level. I found that networking with classmates was very helpful: it really made a difference learning about the challenges and successes of others in similar work. A huge thank you to the administrators and academics who have designed and developed this course with such thought, passion and care.”
