André Wiesner has worked as the director of Firebreak Studios since 2008 and as the executive editor for Advocacy Aid since 2013. From 2002 to 2008, Wiesner was a lecturer at the University of Cape Town in the Media Studies Department. Prior to lecturing he spent two years working as a news editor for Tiscali WorldOnline.
