Explore the current model of your business to understand your differentiation and position in the market.
MODULE 2 Sources of Business Revenue: The Customer and Product
Investigate both new and existing customers and products and how business opportunities can best be marketed.
MODULE 3 The Pitch and Negotiation
Communicate the business opportunity through an effective pitch and develop negotiation skills.
MODULE 4 Relationship Management and Influence
Analyse the impact of effective communication, conflict resolution, and ethics on relationship management.
MODULE 5 Programme Management for Business Development Professionals
Develop the account and programme management skill set for post-pitch success.
MODULE 6 Strategic Innovation for the 21st Century
Apply strategic thinking to understand the nature of change and anticipate new business opportunities.

With 20 years of experience teaching business innovation and entrepreneurship, Dr Priilaid is regarded as one of South Africa's experts in consumer behaviour. As a teacher and researcher, he brings specific skills to the overlapping disciplines of wine management, consumer behaviour, entrepreneurship, and strategy. He teaches in start-up strategy and creativity in business, and also convenes the postgraduate diploma in entrepreneurship. He has a PhD in non-linear econometrics, and publishes in the field of wine and economic psychology.
