Module 7 Quality and Risk Management
Explore how to define, plan, and assess quality for Agile projects, and learn how to identify, assess, and control risk in the Agile environment.
Module 8 Agile Project Management Frameworks in Business
Learn about Agile project methods, discover how to select the appropriate method, and engage with the future and limitations of Agile Project Management.

Dr Ulrike Rivett
Director of the School of IT, Professor in the Department of Information Systems, and iCOMMS Founder and Team Leader, UCT
Rivett holds an undergraduate degree in land surveying from the University of Munich, Germany, and a PhD from the University of Cape Town (UCT). She has worked at UCT in the Department of Civil Engineering and the Department of Information Systems for 16 years. Rivett has led the iCOMMS research team and is the director of the School of IT at UCT since 2018. Her work entails implementing research findings and increasing impact beyond academic boundaries, while her teaching focuses on the areas of information systems, project management, design thinking, and engineering.
